the other four buildings on the left are not actually buildings, but the product that the company that will receive this framework produces, and IN this painting they symbolize a typical product of rotterdam.
The lady symbolizes the planet earth, her clothes expressed the world.
The different colors on top, I see just like a company that uses several means to reach a goal, and that goal is here symbolized by the middle point where several colors come toguether.
